Start Living Well
Diet and nutrition will always go hand in hand. It is not an either-or situation when it comes to these two, it’s always an “and”, and there is nothing anyone can do about it. If you want to start living a healthier lifestyle, apart from hitting the gymnasium and working out, you should begin by watching your food intake. You shouldn’t drastically change your diet though (as you may experience withdrawal symptoms and eventually end up bingeing on food that you crave). Instead change your eating habits gradually. Start by cutting down on food that is rich in fat (cooked in oil, fried, etc), and increase your intake of fibre, vegetables and fruit. This goes for both solid and liquid intake. Reduce your intake of sugar laden colas and alcoholic beverages and make the shift for natural juices and water.
